CALCIUM

The main sources of calcium are milk, cheese, curd, spinach, broccoli, tofu, etc.

It helps in improving the digestion of your children and also reduces the risk of childhood obesity.   3. I become a child with children, I have to be a cartoon myself to feed my children. I act in a different way and feed them with food as a child. In this way, they also eat food in sports.
  4. I make fools of children like ghee, ghiya, gram, spinach, and mustard as their enemies. They don’t even like to see them, but I feed them all in a very smart way. Whenever I have to feed them a vegetable, I boil it and knead it with flour and make it paratha.
  5. Make the food attractive: Children get bored very quickly with one type of food, so whenever preparing food for children, give it an attractive look. As the food has different colors. You can also use glass and plates of cartoon shapes for children.
  6. Give Chinese Flavors to Food: Chinese food attracts a lot of children. So give this kind of flavor to most dishes. Like when I make a wedge roll for my daughter, I use Chinese spices in it. If I make Manchurian, I sometimes give her the shape of momos.

VITAMIN C

Vitamin C along with iron is also essential for the body. It not only strengthens the immunity of the child but is also beneficial for better health and skin. Vitamin C also helps you fight many diseases. Therefore, you can add foods other than citrus fruits like orange, amla, and kiwi in your child’s diet.

VITAMIN D

Vitamin D will help in the creation and strengthening of perfectly superior bones and teeth. In addition, vitamin D is essential for improved immunity and smooth functioning of the nervous system. The best and natural source of vitamin D is sunlight, but apart from this, you should also feed your child eggs, meat, fish, and whole grains so that there is no deficiency of vitamin D.
