As we all know that due to the Corona Virus threat (COVID-19) we are facing lots of issues. Gyms are closed, most of the restaurants are closed. Even Malls are closed. Also, few persons are spreading wrong news for the same. So here are some tips and tricks with which you can lose your weight and also fight with coronavirus as well.  I will share here some tips which will help you lose your weight and that will also work as a precaution to prevent engaging with Corona Virus. It helps you to lose weight.

Tip 1–  Start your morning with a 2-3 spoon of ACV (Apple cider Vinegar) with lukewarm water. It will help you reduce your overall fat and also helps your body immune system and with better immunity so that your body will be able to fight coronavirus. It improves digestion. Lowers blood sugar level. ACV (Apple cider Vinegar) can reduce belly fat. It Improves heart health. It helps you to lose weight.

Tip  2 – Add Green leafy vegetables in your diet, these are rich in Vitamins, Minerals, and Fiber and Also low in calories. Green Leafy vegetables reduced the risk of obesity, heart disease, and improve your long-time health. These vegetables also contain vitamins C and K and minerals like iron and calcium. Broccoli is a good source of Vitamin C & K. It also provides potassium, fiber, Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant and protects the body from damaging free radicals. Spinach also contains Vitamin B6, B9, and E. Green leafy vegetables contain high amounts of carotenoids, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folic acid, Iron, and Calcium. It helps you to lose weight.

It also prevents you from Viruses and diseases.

Tip 3Add Garlic and Cinnamon.

  • Wash hands often whenever you come from outside touch outside elements or anything.
  • Avoid touching Plastic packets from outside.
  • Please throw all plastic carry bags carrying from outside.
  • Wash fruits, vegetables, milk pouches with saltwater and add vinegar proper quantity in warm water first when you bring it from outside.
